Very excited to use these high quality blankets for our new grandson who will be here December 23rd. Unlike many blankets you'll find in our local stores, they don't have a chemical smell. They are similar to the ones I used years ago to keep my kids warm and safe. I am guessing that they are 100% cotton. Like all cotton products, they shrink as they dry. But because they're larger than many swaddling blankets, even with shrinking, they'll be big enough to wrap him around like a bug until he can keep running. has to fight for it with his two older sisters. Like three diapers, it is soft and well made. I am pleased with the overall value of this set and would definitely recommend to friends and family.
