I'm returning this nice bag but I'm giving it four stars because it's a nice bag - well designed and made with lots of thoughtful organizational features. If I had only read the critical reviews beforehand, I might have saved myself returns based purely on the size. It's too small for my needs. The problem with subjective reviews is that some people describe the bag as huge and roomy, while others describe the same bag as tiny. I find the sizing of all Baggallini bags on Revain to be a bit wobbly. I see two or three different dimensions on the page and I don't know what to believe. But I understand that more important than measurements is assessing most of what we carry with us, what we consider to be our needs when we are out, whether traveling or staying in place. I need space for three pairs of glasses, a purse and medication and all the usual stuff. I don't want to carry a separate large bag around with me and I don't want to repack my wallet every time I go outside. I typically put in long hours at a time, and my outings often include errands, the gym, and lunch. So I need a bag that can easily accommodate day trips. Barely 10 inches in diameter, the Criss Cross bag has a fairly flat structure, making something bulky like a hard sunglass case impossible to pack anything else. I have a medium Baggallini bag from Avenue that I love and just got their Everywhere bag which also looks like it will work. live and learn
