Review on On-Stage SMS4500-P: Enhance Your Desktop Setup with Premium Monitor Stands by Jeff Rothstein

I don't usually write reviews but I'm so impressed with these stands I can't resist. Very heavy construction with a large base for stability and a platform big enough to lay the monitor on its side if you wish. Very heavy, made entirely of steel, overall well made. Well, at least it's out. Where the top tube is inserted into the base tube, a through hole is drilled in the tube for a steel pin that supports the weight and is height adjustable. The base thumbscrew is only used to secure/lock the swivel when the weight is supported by the steel pin. Very good design. Excellent value for money and quality.
