Fits the smaller side and is not fully waterproof

It is in order. They are very snuggly so it can be a bit tricky to put them on a small child's hands but they keep hands warm. They're not exactly waterproof, my son wore them while cycling in the rain and his hands were wet when we got inside. They would be good for outdoor walks or short walks, but not for playing outside in the rain. Haven't tried them in the snow yet.
