so it's more about his body than I'd like. Must experiment with a smaller size.
This item is as advertised. I ordered a 38" sleeve and 17" neck for someone with very long arms so it hangs more around their body than I would like. Will have to experiment with a smaller size in the future. The material is of good quality, tolerates socks and washing well.
