Incredible quality! Bought this for my niece for the holidays and she put it on straight away. The tutu consists of three layers of tulle and sits on the hips like a real tutu. Absolutely phenomenal quality and definitely recommended. (pink with gold bow)

- This is my daughter's favorite tutu. It is adorable and of excellent quality.
