it is useful to track users in real time, I like how you can control when an email will be sent out or not; what are important actions for certain groups of people who use this particular service with regard tracking them down as well. It takes too long sometimes if there's some problem that needs attention about the platform itself then contacting customer support isn't something we really do due they're very slow at replying! So i recommend using other services/softwares which has better response times compared to their competitors such as Google Analytics etc., so far my experience overall was good but still need improvements from your side regarding responsiveness rates towards customers issues especially those concerning problems within product themselves (such as data security).
