These are affordable school pants for children with special needs who have difficulty buttoning. They're a blend of cotton and light/midweight synthetics that wash well and are wrinkle-free when taken straight out of the dryer. The fit is great but not too big and allows good freedom of movement. They are very good at removing stains in laundry without much effort. I have bought both shorts and pants in increasing sizes as my son has grown as they always last long past the point where they no longer fit, wear out or seem to fall apart. The rubber band is strong and durable. There are two side pockets and no back pockets. Completely satisfied with these pants and worth every penny.
