Durable and Affordable Raincoat

I bought two of these, one lasted two winters and the other lasted one winter. Neither horse is particularly picky about blankets, but they don't wear out at all. Remained waterproof and all buckles still work. I like that there are real buckles in the front as I really hate those tees (the belt has them but I don't think there's a good alternative).
