Sign holders were well packed in styrofoam and cardboard so they arrived undamaged. The item is well made. However, it will NOT fit standard 8.5x11 printer paper. I had to cut about an inch off the top and bottom of our signs or the paper would stick out of the sign holder and look unprofessional. On the flat inner surface, the footprint of the sign holder is barely sufficient. In the wind, on uneven ground or simply by people passing by, it tips over easily.
