Looks good could do better with attaching fasteners

Nice little shelves and decent quality. I would gladly pay twice as much for better quality. Don't get me wrong, they are good quality but not great. The shelves look great installed and are very easy to install if you have ever used screws in drywall anchors. (see below for more detailed installation instructions) My only complaint is the round brackets on the back of the shelves. These metal hardware are attached to the hardboard with undersized screws that aren't screwed in deep enough to really cut into it. I removed the shelf to adjust the wall anchors for a tighter fit and ended up pulling the bracket right off the shelf very easily. Installation Instructions: Before you begin, use the nail finder to not only avoid the nail, but also make sure there are no electrical wires or plumbing in the way. I can't express enough how important this is. Failure to do this may result in electric shock or serious water leakage!1. Use the included bubble level by placing it on the shelf to mark your position on the wall.2. Take two drywall screws and screw them into the "lock" portion of the mounting brackets on the back of the shelf. Do this for each shelf as fasteners are slightly different on each shelf.3. Apply a dab of whitewash, nail polish, or paint to the head of each of these screws and carefully place the shelf on the line you drew in step one. The color moves exactly where you need it for step 4.4. Using a Phillips screwdriver and a hammer, lightly tap the screwdriver into the wall where the paint has mixed. Knock out the screwdriver as far as it will go. You can also use a drill for this step. Using the same Phillips screwdriver, screw in the drywall anchor using light pressure and a slow twist. The idea is to cause as little damage as possible to the drywall. Screw in the FAST anchor flush with the wall. DO NOT tear drywall, stop right before.6. Screw the Phillips head screw into the drywall anchor and stop about 1/4" flush with the anchor. If you go too far and have to unscrew it, the anchor may come out. 7. Put up a shelf. If the shelf is loose against the wall snugly, remove the shelf and gradually tighten the Phillips head screw, then try the shelf again until satisfied.
