Great people and firm with an old fashioned mentality
We had been doing legal work for 10 years before working together at SWM&SALHADEFF LLP as associates under John Mancini who was our senior partner of over 30+ yrs! He has since moved to another FL office so it's sad that I don't have him there anymore but he provided us some really great advice during those days when things started getting tricky from my perspective.
The only other person i've ran into lately (at least this last year) whose approach towards life/work situation are almost identical - very down home country folk type guy where they do what needs done without having much time or interest in talking about themselves etc - which makes sense considering their line of businesses/industries. Very helpful overall just being around them even if you're not asking anyone anything specific because your day will be made by.
- I've been around other associates before and they've been great as a person this was the only time i've had the sense that a partner was really down to the work being done not for the work but for the person
