Since this is the first review of the phone, please bear with me if I make any mistakes.
I've had my smartphone since the 25th; pre-orders began on the 21st, but production was delayed owing to high demand. IOS to Android. I was an iPhone5 user for a while, then an iPhone6 user. I was worried it would be tough, but so far everything seems well, with the exception of a few paid apps that are still only available on iOS but will eventually be ported over to the iPad. When I originally tested it by physically connecting two cellphones to each other, everything was transferred except for the video, but when I used the Samsung application, it was a breeze. Then, after consulting an itunes backup, I made my decision.
At first, I was set on bringing the S8 alone. My initial impression was that the S8+ would be just as awkward to grip as the iPhone 7+, but I was wrong. The S8+ is narrower than the 7+, so it fits perfectly in my hand and doesn't slide out.
If given the option, I would have given it 4.5 stars instead of 5, but the scale only goes up to 5.

Pros

First, this is the top-notch material I've ever handled. The screen is outstanding, and I really like how the rounded corners make it feel like I'm holding one solid piece. The 4k video and still images are stunning for a smartphone camera. I haven't seen them on a calibrated monitor yet, but on my phone's screen, they look precisely as warm as they do in the photo. I take all of my own photos with a 5dm3, so editing is quick if you're interested:) Third, it's fantastic that the car comes with a charging adaptor—there's already an old wire in there, so there's no need to buy a new one—and a USB adapter, too! I used this adapter to link my iPhone to my Samsung Galaxy S8+. Fourth, it appears that the interface has been ated, which is good news because when I first looked improved Android, I was turned off by how incomplete it seemed in comparison to Apple's iOS. This Samsung (I haven't checked out the s7) is straightforward and practical; its settings menu is well-organized and its interface is simple to master.

Cons

The presentation's highly lauded headphones, for example, are. When put head-to-head with these AKGs, I found that the iPhone headphones played better, producing a deeper and more elastic sound; the AKGs, on the other hand, seemed to be of lower quality overall. The truth is, I don't require them, yet Two, the rear fingerprint reader, albeit this is more of a matter of custom than need. The region under the finger is framed with a frame, making it quite simple to enter by touch (I was afraid I would miss and put my finger on the camera by accident, but for some reason, I don't miss). Instantaneous action is taken. Third, the battery life is at best a day. This is a brand new toy, and I've been using it for climbing all the time, so I'm not sure how long it lasts in normal mode. I'm getting everything set up on my phone, which is unusual because I rarely use it. Fourth, there are now fewer protective gles but no films at all. When I copied in 3D gl, the front-facing camera's image quality immediately degraded. These areas are not cut into gl but rather rendered transparent, which is really disheartening. When both the front and back films are released, I will definitely buy them.
