Great Customer Service Solution: Six Degrees Group

The ability to add new features to the system without having to go to the developers. The system is easy to use and very intuitive.The system is easy to use. The system is very easy to navigate. I find it difficult to navigate when you are searching for a certain feature. I would like to see some of the features integrated within the system. I would like to see more features included. I would like to see a mobile app for this system. We are able to utilize the system to communicate with our employees. I can send emails to our employees while away from the office. I can communicate with our customers while away from the office. I can send documents to our customers while away from the office. This allows us to stay in contact with our customers even when we are away from the office. The support team is very helpful and always willing to help. The system is easy to use and the interface is very intuitive. The system has a lot of features and the ability to customize is endless. I dislike that it is not mobile friendly. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a great customer service system. I am solving the problem of having to rely on my colleagues to answer emails. This system has allowed me to be more efficient and have more time to focus on my job.
