I will only give the size, it is true to size or about the same as your usual shirt size. Example(s): 5'11" tall wearing a BIG shirt. Bought the large and the compression fits perfectly. Going up a size would result in an oversize and loose fit. Compression shirts like this for summer should like like a second skin. This allows sweat to migrate to the outer layer and then evaporate. Fits just like my UA Heatgear (L) tops. Love the armpit mesh it helps me stay cool under my cycling jersey. Give it a plus the purchase decision. I have yet to wash and see if the material shrinks. The stitching is light colored which I prefer as it is only visible on the arms. it is used and washed weekly.
