Review on Ariat Girls Scout Paddock Medium by Luis Thompson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

More comfort, simpler, more pleasant in every respect. Worth the investment. The size is smaller than sports shoes.

Edit 01/18/21: Just buy it! Pair of 4's or 5's I've lost count. I have passed all but one on to younger friends. A pair exploded on the side after heavy use (7 days a week + 1 year) and I had to throw them out to get them to wear new ones. Rschunimagu. Don't waste your time on cheaper boots unless you're a little late, just ride 1-2 times a month and never wear them. In the show ring, however, it's a bomb of comfort, wear and style. DD wears them every day with Perry's suede half slippers (the only slippers I buy - I machine wash them) and she's comfortable. She rides 5 days a week and sometimes 2 hours a day, long shows or training sessions. This is the third pair of ridden boots I have bought for my 7 year old daughter. The first two were much cheaper, leather and lace-up. She has a small, narrow foot for her age, and other shoes sometimes chafed hot spots or blisters. I ordered 5 pairs of boots from Revain and they arrived a few days before the rest. She tried them on and everything. Ideal! I have canceled orders for other boots and they have been returned to Revain and I have never had to do the return shipping myself. I love it! I sprayed them with water repellent Kiwi Camp Dry like all her boots (this allows me to quickly wash them in the sink when they get dirty) and the next day she wore them to camp for 6 hours. She declared them "amazing!" and they never hurt, they zip up easier (they're wider than her other boots so thicker socks helped), and they cost twice as much as cheaper boots. They have a sportier insole, a more flexible rubber outsole and keep my kid happy during a long day at camp. All good things!
