The goods arrived damaged
The chipset is torn from the screen. That said, the screen arrived and the chip separated, and of course I couldn't fix my son's tablet. Also, I cannot request a refund as I need to return an item that was shipped outside of the US. Shipping back is more expensive than buying a new item so I lost my money.
