Review on 🛏️ Amazon Basics Navy Quilted Minky Weighted Blanket Cover 48"x72" - Twin Size by James Lozoya

I first bought this blanket for my mother who is getting old and wakes up a lot at night. After receiving the duvet and cover, I washed the cover, covered the duvet, then checked the weight myself as the duvet is quite heavy (but matches the chart provided by Revain). I worried that it would be too heavy for her and she wouldn't be able to lift it if she had to get up at night. I ended up leaving it on my bed. While I wasn't sure how or why the weighted blanket worked, I did notice that I was having deeper sleep cycles. I got up and noticed that my mother got up earlier and took the dog out, but I didn't notice. I usually hear her when she moves. Even though I slept better, is deep sleep safer for me? This is my warning dilemma. The duvet cover has a velvety texture and is quite soft. Very comfortable and yes the duvet does what it is supposed to do.
