This is a great relief on sunny days. Even with SPF 70 sunscreen I couldn't stop the burning on my chest, I hesitated at first thinking it would be annoying and hot, but it's not that bad. I can wear it quite comfortably even on 95 degree days and it does a great job of protecting my breasts from the sun. As with other reviewers, the knot on the back is the main issue I have and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I wish they had used a set of clasps instead so you can adjust them to different lengths and not have to deal with a bulky bun at the nape of your neck. The design flaw is clear. But it's still better than burning it. Wish it came in more colors!
