I have fat arms that are slowly shrinking. They are 14 inches tall. I was concerned about choosing the right size and took a chance. When I first tried it I thought it burned a little. Then I tried again because I had never worn compression garments before. It was perfect. It reduced my arm by 1/2 inch and also made my arms stronger (if only they were strong). I also have poor circulation in my fingers and my fingers can be like icicles in the winter. Another point I noticed was that my fingers weren't as cold when I was wearing compression stockings. I would buy this item again.
