The vertical mouse is a great concept and a welcome relief for the cramped wrists of the old "standard" mouse with two buttons and a scroll wheel. I had a bit of trouble adjusting it initially, but once I got into the position shown in the product photo, it became progressively easier to use. I moved the mouse pad to the back (not behind) of the keyboard and now rested my forearm on the table, which made the adjustment move faster and made the advantages of the vertical position over the "standard" much clearer. I suspect the adaptation is a "muscle memory" shift from old habits to new memory creation, like trying to teach my right middle finger to use the scroll wheel. I had some problems with the lithium ion battery. The model holds a charge but 7Lucky is a great supplier and made sure I swapped out the AAA battery model. I know there are vertical mice with a similar design available from other vendors, but I recommend 7Lucky for their focus on customer satisfaction. Adjust and let your wrist reap the benefits.
