OK. I bought this bowl and it is a high quality stainless steel bowl! Works great from the start. Here are some things you should know before you buy. 1- This bowl does not include any mounting hardware or a garden hose connector. (To be fair the seller doesn't claim to have hardware or a connector) 2.- This is a higher quality stainless steel waterer than some that look exactly the same. (That's why I chose this one.) ---- A Few Tips On Installing The Kennel ----- *You'll need to buy a hose adapter, cistern mounting screws, and maybe some concrete blocks. * Hose connector. You need teflon tape or it will leak. If you try to put a bunch of teflon tape on right away, it's going to want to cross the threads (even if you're careful). this would compress the Teflon tape into threads. I would do the same again four to five times over the existing teflon tape. It has worked flawlessly and there are no leaks. (sounds complicated but takes less than 5 minutes) * I lay this on top of concrete paving slabs that hold the weight. *I used toilet tank mounting screws to cover the two mounting holes and also attach to the outside of the dog kennel. This just secures it in place (the holes are 3.5" on center so that's the spacing you should be drilling holes in the board) * Finally, I used large zip ties to secure the bowl .to the brim and one above and one below the first block (a little overkill but it doesn't fall off the blocks.) *Finally I'm very happy with the drinker.The dog loves it and it's really easy to clean.The only reason why I would give it four stars instead of five is that it doesn't come with a hose connector or mounting hardware.-------Overall very satisfied---------
