I bought this for a LG Ultrawide monitor. My computer has Nvidia 660Ti. The HDMI ports on it don't natively support ultra-wide resolution, but Displayport does. I bought this to keep the native resolution as my graphics card is old enough not to force it to do this extra work. Advantages 1. It's long enough.2. It really works.3. Using the small tabs to disable and disable the monitor works fine. Disadvantages1. Not really, I mean, what more can I say? This is a cheap, functional DisplayPort cable. It's long enough for what I needed it for (with plenty of room) and my ultra-wide monitor is the right resolution. They also have a 10ft (I bought a 6ft) in case you need more space. I paid about €9 for mine. I feel like I got what I paid for.
