Let me get to the point. The strap broke immediately, or rather, the swivel pulled out of the hole for one of the hooks had to hold it immediately as soon as it was loaded. Please note that this is a multi-client issue. (Looking online I see the same type of hook is used on a number of heavy duty shoulder straps - be careful buyers!) So I ordered a new strap, albeit one that looks a lot sturdier - why? Because the bag itself is great. It holds a lot of stuff, with plenty of storage space in interior and exterior pockets and pockets: laptop, books, papers, work. No, I didn't overload it; use only for the intended purpose. So don't hesitate to order this bag. Just don't trust the included strap.
