Review on πŸ‘” Efficient CHI Steam Collapsible Hanging Garment Steamer for Wrinkle-Free Clothes & Fabric - 900W, Grey (11572) by Olajuwon Achille

Revainrating 5 out of 5

That's exactly what I wanted.

I once owned a Whirlpool fabric freshener and it was the best home appliance I have ever bought. The Chi doesn't quite live up to that standard, but is a suitable replacement as Whirlpool units have been discontinued. First, stop talking about wrinkles. It's not a flat iron, it doesn't magically erase wrinkles. Steaming can reduce wrinkles, but there is no substitute for ironing, especially on cotton garments. I wanted a device that I could use to freshen up my clothes when you get home and walk in sweaty from the heat of the street. You don't want to wash your jeans every day, but you don't want to wear sweaty jeans every day for weeks either. Chi helps with basic refreshment and even removes light odors. Yes, things will be wet when taken out, you just locked them in the steamer. You'll need to let them dry before you wear them, so plan accordingly. This does not replace the actual washing, but extends the wearing time of reusable items between washes. Refill - They say fill from the sink but you should always use distilled water - odd they don't mention that - The inside of the cabinet needs to be wiped down after use as it gets very damp. I don't see the anti-mold coating on the inside, but it would be great if it was treated.
