Medium quality, especially for that kind of money.
The first problem appeared with one of the wheels. It just didn't want to fall into place. The feeling that the ring in the wheel device interfered. I had to squeeze it with pliers and then somehow managed to insert the wheel. Then it turned out that instead of one long screw, they put a short one. It's good that the diameters matched and I had to screw it. I hope this will not affect the operation in the future, but this is a jamb. In general, the chair is normal for its money (I took it for 8,990)
