Solid Order Management System That Can Do More

Lot makes it easy for us to order parts from many different vendors at once so we don't have to run around calling back all of them separately! The customer service I've received has been fantastic - they're quick with responses and always willing to do whatever's needed or can be done to make things easier!! Not much yet. We use lot primarily as an inventory management system but also try to utilize some other features like purchasing orders/stock transfers which seem pretty intuitive too me. If you need help setting up your account then there might not be anyone available right away who knows how to set that stuff up for you, so just keep trying until someone does :) It definitely helps our team stay organized when ordering multiple products via one transaction instead of having to go back-and-forth between each vendor individually. The Lot app helps us get our orders out quickly and with the ability to change prices easily. We can also track the status of an order throughout it's lifecycle, from order entry to shipping. While we like the system overall, they could do better at automating their price updates, specifically during times of high volume. Tracking shipments is very helpful for our business. It has also helped eliminate errors that come from manually entering orders into Excel.
