Glossy glass was too shiny like the original glass and the anti-reflective coating feels and works much better. I put this on a tablet that had been used without a screen protector, so I cleaned it with Windex, wiped clean and dry, then used the cloth from the packaging to remove anything that might be causing air bubbles to remain under the screen. Cup. I've tried this before with surgical gloves and there was still something under the glass. I'm either feeling better with this show or very lucky with a tiny win under glass. It was in a good location off the beaten track. I have no idea where the black hard grit came from, but the glass was clean and no grit on the glass before I started. I did one before pulling the glass out and trying to use tweezers to remove the grain. It is always a black, hard grain that can break but is too small to grasp with tweezers.
