I got this to hurry up with my elderly mother who has some mental concentration problems due to her age. She had fallen and was hospitalized and we wanted her home to be even more fortified to allow her to perform basic functions including sitting and showering. So I saw it and ordered it. Arrived within a day, just in time for her to use when she got home from the hospital, right? So I thought. The product was well packaged, with good instructions, easy to assemble. It even included a small roll of duct tape to seal the connection to the shower pipe. Everything seemed fine until I tried to figure out why the water just flowed out of my head. That's because the "power button" isn't actually a "button" at all; It appears as part of the spray hose connector (but isn't) and isn't even labeled "on/off" etc on the unit that I could see. This would easily upset an Alzheimer's/Deminie patient. To make matters worse, when "off" is set, water will still drip out of the showerhead, which defies the safety considerations of turning it off in the first place. Yes I assembled it correctly, with all the rubber seals etc. I suggest replacing this product with proper lever markings in the future. Return to the drawing board.
