The sound quality is great. The microphone is excellent. The cord and length are great. It's so hard to know what's up and what's down - it would be better if the dial was only on one side, so that up was up and down was down. Samsung cellphone. Other headsets work fine before and after. After 3 months, the callers can no longer be heard in the microphone. I've unplugged and plugged it back in a few times and there's no hissing, so it must be something internal. I moved the mic but there was still no hiss. Very disappointed and similar reports confirm that while it works great it breaks after a few months for no reason giving it a star for defective manufacturing. Choose something with higher long-term reliability.
