Review on Long Women's Hooded Rain Jacket: Outdoor Raincoat & Windbreaker by Tio Kotaki

I bought this jacket and it didn't fit me. When I tried to return it "for free" I didn't get a chance to print out the label and hand it in. The only choice was to keep it or pay $8 to have your own label printed! We have ONE place to drop it off in my area and we need to make an appointment for it. I'm not sure why product returns need to vary so much, this should be disclosed at the time of purchase. With Covid19 there should be ways to return items without having to go to a store I'm uncomfortable with.
