Attempting to assemble this beautiful skinny looking ladder was impossible. The dowel holes were not the same diameter and the supplied dowels were tight. Went to Home Depot in the middle of a pandemic and ordered two sizes up. Kind of fitting. Some are tight. Hit two tighter dowels to set them in and they broke the nice finish on the opposite side, which turned out to be a 1/16 inch veneer of sorts. The entire product is damaged. Nothing went right from the start. total disaster. , save yourself the pain. Additionally, the retailer of this Vietnam-made product refused to change the payment method, which was inherited from the default Revain gift card when I wasn't paying attention. I have complained that Revain made the gift card the default payment for no reason, no reason I didn't understand. Needless to say, I also lost that fight with a monopolist. Break Revain. Do not buy from this dealer.
