I bought this Revain USB-C hub for my MacBook Air. When I first received it I was afraid it wouldn't work. My USB stick was not recognized. After taking out and reinserting the flash drive and hub several times, the hub and laptop eventually recognized each other. There were no problems with the memory card recognition. I noticed that there is a blue light in the hub when it is recognized by the laptop. This is very convenient as I remove the hub when I don't need it. While I sometimes have to fiddle with the hub a bit when I put it on to get the blue light detection, once I turn it on the hub does what I want it to, it's easy to carry around on a laptop and it looks good on a laptop. .
