Nowadays it's difficult to find clothes that are both functional and trendy. The CHICTRY tutu dress is sure to give a classy look with its gorgeous sky blue color and wrap skirt that flutters beautifully as you twirl. The swimsuit fits well and the short sleeves make it perfect to wear under a sweater or jacket. However, there are definitely some issues with this item. First, the sizing is a bit off - I ordered 2-3 for my daughter but they were too tight in some places and too loose in others. Also, the material is a bit thin and looks a bit cheap.
