I was very happy with the product until I noticed tears running through the edges from occasional use of the laptop, but I didn't mind that much as it was still usable. And last night part of the case accidentally ended up in a small ledge in front of the screen. As soon as I closed my laptop, it was late and I heard a crunch and found the cause. I am very disappointed in the product. 3/4 of the corner is chipped off and I don't even travel with a computer. I hope the seller answers.
