These are my new favorite headbands. They're thick enough to sit comfortably on your head, but thin enough to breathe and let air through and dissipate heat. They are not only suitable for everyday use, but also as a bandage for training. This is good because they are thicker in the front and thinner in the back, making it much easier for them to stay in place on the front of the head. All other cloth pads go off my head several times a day and that is very annoying. They also have a little gel line that should act as a non-slip piece on the back to keep them in place, it's in a good spot that doesn't hurt when you put them on or take them off. Overall, I highly recommend this!
