I've started shopping for a bag for my new 15.6 inch laptop from Case Logic. Read a few reviews about bad bag straps and laptops breaking when falling/landing on the corner of the suitcase. Luckily I've never had this before, but it got me thinking. My new laptop's box contained a form-fitting laminated foam insert from which I had cut the corners. Adding these corner pads to my laptop made it too big to fit in a regular 15.6" bag, but the internal dimensions of this Case Logic 18" bag were perfect. That being said, the straps and hardware on this Case Logic bag seem essential. I hope this adds a little extra protection to my new laptop. Try this extra protection tip if you can.
