I think this is a beta product, not ready for real customers yet. Everything seemed solid and the water stayed pretty cold all day. The biggest problem I had was the straw kept falling out from the inside. I know why they didn't just attach a straw to the lids or offer a chug lid like they do on a Yeti, but I still had to open the lids to drink every time. Most likely, if you are willing to compromise, everything will be fine. Not willing to compromise on basic usability, had to bring it back.
