Neewer wall mount has been with us for a year. We bought this at the recommendation of many other PMU artists. The goal was to save floor space and wall mount my ring lights. Worked great for a year. As I twisted the handle to raise my hand, the handle suddenly broke, allowing the light to fall on my client. When they reached out to Neewer, they said their new models had "better parts that are stronger." They offered a 20% discount. If you have used cheap parts in your products that are falling apart, YOU must offer us a free product. Why should I spend more money on a product I don't have confidence in that could fall back on my customers? No thank you. Spend your money elsewhere with better customer service.
