I have several large display digital clocks that use a standard 3ft USB-A cable for power and I've had to lengthen each one slightly. For this use these cords are perfect. They don't get disconnected and reconnected or moved often, so I can't comment on durability. I haven't used them for other devices (like phones or tablets), so I can't comment on that use either (although I expect they'll work for that). For my use the price was right and the cables aren't stiff or ugly so good enough!
