Review on πŸ‘“ LianSan L3660: Flip Down Lens Makeup Reading Glasses for Women - Magnify and Beautify! by Amanda Johnson

For applying make-up, reverse design

The problem with these glasses and many others of their kind is that they are turned upside down for the purpose I need them for; Applying makeup. Other people may need them for other purposes. I have mono vision. I can see close with my left eye and far with my right, so my right eye doesn't help me see enough to make up my left eye when my left eye is closed. I need a magnifying glass for my right eye to see what I need to do with my left eye. These glasses are not well suited for this purpose. A person can take regular reading glasses and carefully remove the lens and the "bottom" of the glass frame to allow the eye to be painted (instead of removing the top frame). The nose piece and ear pads are perfect for sitting on the face and resting on the ears. With these glasses, when the top frame is removed, the bottom frame gets in the way when you try to put makeup on your eyes. I turned mine upside down and heated the ear pads so they flipped down as well. That worked great, except that the nose is upside down and cannot be changed. I hope a lens designer who wears makeup reads this review and redesigns it so that the bottom is open so access to the eyes for makeup application is easier! And you are very welcome!
