The team at BNA was great to work with. They were always responsive and made sure we were aware of everything going on with our project. They were always willing to work with us to find the best solution for our needs. The project management took a bit too long. We had to wait a long time between each stage of the project. The overall cost of the project was also higher than expected. The process was a bit confusing. We had to go through several stages to finalize the project. We were working on a website redesign for a local non-profit.
