Best features are easy integration of design change requests (both RFI's & modifications), ability to create custom reports that can be saved directly into Work Orders by date ranges allowing you run your own reporting without IT involvement or spending money! This is not an all-inclusive list but I've found several issues within this system since implementation over 2 years ago:- No way at present time to access historical versions/changesets.- A few bugs relating mostly to how it handles dates - e.g. some work orders do show up correctly whilst others don't even when they should clearly have been created during those same times frames etc.. Not sure if these problems exist now because we upgraded from v9 which had many bug fixes compared wiv previous version 9 releases so perhaps just coincidence? At least there were updates available every month / year until about 12 months before our last major update upgrade where no further.
