You get what you pay for. He looks like home. Not exactly cheaply made, but it definitely looks like it was made in a cheap sweatshop. I doubt it will hold up well in the water. The top is a little big and the bottom barely covers the back (closer to a thong style than shown in the picture). If you were just looking for something cheap and tacky, you found it. Don't think you're fooling anyone that you paid more than $20.
