You could probably use 9 instead of 10. A little big. But don't worry, 9 will be too small.
The best thing besides comfort is that these shoes can easily be thrown in the washing machine. I separate the insole from the boot, put it in a laundry bag, throw it in the washing machine on hand wash mode and voila! They come out so clean and new.
