I had a few questions for the company that sold this bag and I can't believe how quickly and efficiently they responded. I received a response from them in less than 24 hours and they were willing to help me answer any questions I had about their product. So not only does the bag deserve a 5-star rating, but Lanpet's customer service also deserves a 5-star rating. 😊This service isn't used often and I believe if you do, they should be recognised! I really didn't know what to expect when I ordered this bag. I've always loved opening bags with kiss locks, it reminds me of when I was little playing dress up with my mom's bags! I doubted the quality of the bag would be bad given the low price, but the reviews changed my mind. So a big hello to those who recommended this bag. When I have doubts about a product, the reviews help me make the final decision. About the bag. She is so cute and the perfect size for me. I'm a fan of small to medium sized bags and this one is the PERFECT size. I've attached pictures of the items I carry with me to give others an idea of how much can fit in this small bag. I have a card holder, cash holder, wallet, tablet holder and my iPhone 8Plus in one bag and there is more space. I keep my car keys, lip balm and travel size hand sanitizer in the zip pocket on the outside of the bag. I was surprised because the space looks small when you unzip it and it doesn't even look like I have anything in that compartment after I close it. Quality costs over $20. The chain strap is cute and gives it the look back when kiss lock bags were popular, but I'm so glad they include a purse material strap as I like to carry a purse over my shoulder. If you are reading this I assume you need more information before purchasing. I did the same and decided to buy. I'm pretty picky when it comes to bags that don't have a reputable manufacturer because I'm afraid they won't end up being useful, but this one is a game changer.
