Well, I've been using these headphones for about a month and I can say that the quality of these headphones cannot compete with other headphones on the market. They get distorted when you turn up the volume. I typically walk 5+ hours a day and have trouble with these headphones constantly falling out of my ear. But they don't have bad range. You can leave your phone about 4 meters in the car before you notice a signal drop. These headphones aren't bad if you intend to use them for making calls or listening to podcasts as that's all I use them for.
