Review on Brand iQ by Michael Jennings

I love that my customer service team are able to access all aspects relating to their work station or computer from anywhere through one portal so we don't have many issues with this system - it's very easy! When using other systems (like outbound emails) they get lost easily as there isn’t any integration between them but when working within 'Brand IQ' everything seems seamless which makes life much easier than having multiple platforms open at once where things could be mislaid!! I like that we are able to manage all of our marketing materials from one place. It is also very easy to use! We have been using it for about 1 year now and there is nothing that I dislike. I would say that the customer service could be better sometimes but they are always helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this product. I am able to easily find all of my documents at once. This makes it easier to keep track of them and make sure that I don't lose any of them.
