Small too big is the best in polo

Good quality shirt and I like the design. However, a small fits like a medium US. Not only does it not fit the body, it also does not fit the arm/bicep. Overall the shirt is too big and baggy to look good. For reference, I'm 5'10, 145, fit/athletic build.
