I like that it is very easy to set up my account so all of our employees can access their emails from anywhere they are using any type or device! The only downside for me personally would be if there was more customization options available within each section/area you have open when logging into your mail fenced website page? If someone has been out sick recently we will often send them messages but sometimes those get lost along way through being sent by one employee then another before reaching its destination recipient which makes tracking down who did what difficult at times!! We use this service mainly due security reasons however also because most people prefer not having attachments attached etc via eMails rather than clicking links online just incase something gets taken off line somewhere else without us knowing about first?! It does help keep everyone's work safe & secure too.
This helps ensure no confidential information leaks outside team members area unless required otherwise. ! So far everything works well enough.
